The Gathering Current • Art-inspired Mug

Featuring dual spirals formed from collected ocean plastics arranged across a painted surface, this design combines luminous yellows, oranges, and whites with deeper blues, greens, and burgundies. The composition reflects the movement of materials through ocean currents, from the water's surface to deeper layers below.

Created using actual plastic fragments recovered from shorelines by volunteers, the artwork brings together reclaimed materials, color, and movement within a circular, flowing structure.

The mug includes the following inscription:
